How to use this template
Define key metrics

Build monthly tracking

Add trend visualization
Include simple charts or sparklines showing 6-12 month trend for key metrics. Highlight trends improving vs. deteriorating.
Include commentary
Add brief notes explaining significant variances, action items, or items requiring attention from leadership.
