How to use this template
Enter your reporting period

Input revenue figures

Enter cost of goods sold
Input COGS components for each period. Gross Profit calculates automatically as Revenue minus COGS.
Fill in operating expenses
Enter each operating expense line (salaries, rent, marketing, etc.). Operating Income calculates automatically.
Review net income and variance
The Variance column highlights period-over-period changes. Review significant variances and add commentary as needed.
